In the AM, you’re likely rushed for time. However, with the right supplies, a good-for-you breakfast to-go is only seconds away. Reach for a reusable storage container that’s divided into two separate sections like this one from Martha Stewart and make your own yogurt parfait.

image.2.jpgKeep your granola and any other add-ins (we love raisins, sliced bananas and goji berries) in the top part to prevent soggy toppings. When prepping lunch, similar containers in square shapes — ideal for sandwich & salad, quesadilla & salsa or hummus & crudités combos — come in equally handy.

You can also toss together a no-fuss grain salad by mixing pre-cooked quinoa, bulgur wheat or couscous with whatever veggies you have on hand. For extra protein, add in chickpeas, hazelnuts or mini mozzarella balls. In the mood for something that’s a little heartier?

A steaming bowl of stew or chili left over from Sunday night’s slow cooker supper is the perfect meal to combat cold weather cubicle blues. If your workplace has a microwave, use it! When you walk past your coworkers and they get a whiff of that steaming hot, savory lunch, we bet their mouths will begin to water!

Need some reusable containers that go from the fridge to the oven.  The other type of reusable container need to be large like a platter or tray with lid. I need to flash freeze my grilled marinated chicken, salmon, etc...!

@Chef Nick Pina Ruiz Pyrex glass products are oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher safe. Try these storage sets—the larger-sized containers should also work for flash-freezing: http://bit.ly/A1eFfE
