Western

Vibrations

“Western Vibrations is a re-imagination of the classic western trend with a modern twist. Think: country staples with unexpected updates that make them feel fresh and exciting. Time to stock up on embellished button-up shirts, studded cowboy booties and denim, denim… and more denim.”

Modern

Muse

“The Modern Muse trend is all about perfectly polished pieces that can be worn to work and on the weekend. The modern girl loves to pair a beautiful dramatic sleeve blouse with a classic pair of jeans or layer her favorite striped poplin shirt underneath a statement jacket. To complete the outfit, she just tops it off with a leather hobo bag and
a great pair of mules.”

MORE

IS MORE

“To achieve the More Is More look, mix and match your favorite prints and patterns to create an outfit that is all your own. We love mixing brocade and animal prints with as much shimmer and shine as we can get. Whether you choose to be sophisticated or playful, this trend lends itself to creativity, self-expression and lots of layering.”

  1. I am finding more exciting and interesting clothes at Macys this fall. And the events are great!
Thanks for not carrying Ivanka Trump lines now that we know she uses workshops that abuse their employees.

  2. Dear Chelsea Pech,
Just received my Macys GET READY catalogue. It’s better than most of the catalogues, but I noticed a glaring absence of ANYTHING by Ivanka Trump. So, is this a deliberate snub? Let me know, please, so I can cut up my Macys card and go back to Lord and Taylor. We already know of the retail suicides that Nordstrom set off by banning Ivanka’s line, and thousands upon thousands of us hard working, tax paying, no handout taking women cut up our cards and never set foot in there again. So is it time for us to do the same for Macys? Has Macys hired some political hacks that think their political opinions are of more worth than the customers wants and needs? Just let me know, please. I don’t need to spend the thousands I do every year at Macys when there are other options. You’re not the only game in town… and since us WORKING CAREER WOMEN want, love, buy and wear Ivanka Trumps line of clothing, shoes, and accessories…if I can’t get it at Macys, I’ll go to Lord and Taylor. Seems they still remember what they’re in business for…. which is the CUSTOMER. I guess you forgot all about that, or just didn’t care… either way, “it ‘ain’t good”
    I’ll be watching …..
