It’s Game Day! Chatting with Denver Broncos Defensive Lineman DeMarcus Ware

My post-game publishing of Clay Matthews quick fire interview was also a celebration of the Packers win, and I’m hoping the incredible DeMarcus Ware and the Denver Broncos will be heading to the AFC Championship Game as well. As a Midwest girl I know that statement’s going to earn me plenty of disapproving comments from friends and family, but spending the afternoon with Ware won me over … Sorry, not sorry. Here, the Defensive Lineman and Hugo Boss BOSS Bottled Night Ambassador talks success beyond the game.

Previously with the Dallas Cowboys, DeMarcus Ware was the 11th overall pick in the 2005 NFL Draft when the team was looking to add an explosive playmaker to their defense. Through seven pro seasons, Ware has led the NFL in sacks two different times, earned NFC Defensive Player of the Year honors, and established himself as one of the most dominant defensive forces in the league. But after spending the first part of his career with the Cowboys, DeMarcus moved on to the Denver Broncos and is hoping to lead his new team to another Super Bowl appearance (Me too!). Outside of the game, DeMarcus appeared on the TV Mini-Series The Gamebreaker and is seriously one of the nicest most down to earth people I’ve ever spoken with. His dimples are b-a-n-a-n-a-s and his laugh, totally infectious! Read on for the NFL Star’s quick fire interview and some of my favorite behind-the-scenes pics.
