  1. My grandpa and me were shopping at Macy’s for a long time. And we love everything and everyone at our location.huge selection and great people.

  2. I will never buy anything from Macy’s again! I have told everyone I know thatMacys customer service, employees and online exchange policies are horrible! I ordered a coat for my son that was too small. I was told I couldn’t get a larger on by mail unless I repurchased another. I would then return the other at a store. It took me an hour and a half to receive my money because the small store receipt that was taped to a tag on the coat, had the wrong item number on it. I did not receive an invoice like most companies send. Big name department stores never gave me this difficult of a time because their return , even online return policies are not inconvenient. The woman in the executive return dept didn’t seem like she wanted me to get a refund. She told me to call the online center. I asked her to call and speak with someone to rectify the situation. Why should I have to go home and have another argument with your company? Finally after an hour and a half, I was returned my money. I didn’t receive the Macy’s money I earned. No mail, email or evidence that I received it so I could use it. I called up and w as told the Macy’s money was expired. I didn’t receive it so I could use it! Macy’s has stressed me out and caused me to spend more money than I needed to. They don’t care about their customers. Their employees don’t care to help. The online return policies are ridiculous! I will never shop from there again. I sure will spread the word on how you steem roll your customers!

    1. We’re disappointed to hear about your visit, Jessica — would you share these details and your order number with our team via email at care@macys.com? We’d like to check into this for you. Thank you! -Nora at Macy’s
